We are honored to be part of the building's story. Originally constructed as the Manchester & Liverpool District Bank and occupied for many years as council offices. The property will undergo an extensive renovation project to become high end residential apartments for market rent.
The property was constructed in 1867 as the Manchester & Liverpool District Bank and was believed to have been designed by Alfred Waterhouse the architect of Manchester Town Hall and the Natural History Museum in London! To say that it is a privilege to be involved in the redevelopment of this building is an understatement. We hope that our works will assist in the wider regeneration efforts in this thriving Lancashire town.
